Woolnorth hosted a workshop at Musselroe Wind Farm on April 29, 2019 to help prepare participants for the field surveys as a part of the Where Where Wedgie project. The workshop was headed up by Clare Hawkins (Program Manager) and Tasmanian wildlife/raptor expert Nick Mooney (pictured). Overall we had an informative evening with a diverse group of enthusiastic citizen scientists. The project focuses on the endangered wedge-tailed eagle and aims to use people power to assist in updated the estimate of the overall numbers of these birds across Tasmania – see https://naturetrackers.com.au
