Woolnorth were proud to sponsor the Bridport SLSC to
to deliver three valuable activities for children aged 5-14, from November 2023 to February 2024.
The Nippers program helps children develop essential surf skills, confidence and lasting friendships, in a supportive environment where they feel safe to challenge themselves in and around the water.
The Starfish Nippers program is designed for young people with an intellectual impairment, physical disability and additional needs, who find mainstream junior surf life saving challenging. The program
enabled children with a disability and their families to enjoy the beach in a safe and inclusive environment.

Lastly, the Woolnorth Renewables Bridport 10+ Fun Run was held in November 2023 and attracted over 200 competitors. The event included a 2 km free Fun Run for children, as well as the 5
km and a 10+ categories. Congratulations to David Thomas and Milly
Clark, who are repeat winners in their 10+ category.
The Fun Run provides a boost for the community and raises awareness of Surf Lifesaving in Bridport.
