Woolnorth Renewables is proud to support the Circular Head Netball Association (CHNA) in 2026 by covering the cost of new training tops for its representative squads, helping local players take the court with confidence and pride.
Based in Smithton, the Circular Head Netball Association plays an important role in fostering grassroots sport across Tasmania’s far north-west, providing opportunities for players of all ages to develop their skills, compete, and represent their community at regional and state level competitions.
The sponsorship comes as CHNA representative teams prepare for another busy season of State Carnivals across Tasmania, where players compete against some of the best young netballers in their respective age groups.
“These kids train all year to be ready to compete at different State Carnivals throughout Tasmania throughout the year, playing against some of the best players in their respective age groups within Tasmania,” the association said.
“Coming from a small community we are proud to have so many represent our club and community and be competitive with the bigger clubs.”
Woolnorth Renewables recently presented the squads with their new training tops ahead of their first tournament of the season, where teams delivered strong performances while proudly showcasing their new look.
The support will help ease the financial burden on local families while ensuring players can continue representing Circular Head in high-quality apparel.
“Your sponsorship will directly reduce costs for families and ensure our players can represent our association in professional, high-quality apparel.”
Woolnorth Renewables believes supporting local organisations like CHNA reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to regional communities.
We’re incredibly proud to support the Circular Head Netball Association and the young athletes who dedicate so much time and effort to their sport. Community clubs play a vital role in bringing people together, building confidence, and creating opportunities for young people in regional areas.
The Circular Head region has a strong sporting culture, with community organisations and volunteers playing a significant role in keeping local sport thriving. The Circular Head Netball Association continues to grow participation and provide pathways for players to compete at higher levels while remaining connected to their local community.
